How do I get a Trade Account login?

Please create your account as normal and then send an email to sales@optimalplantsolutions.com for us to enable the trade account features.

How do I add order numbers?

In the basket of your order, there is a box to provide order numbers, if you go as far as checkout, you will be directed back to your basket in you're putting it on a credit account

Can you deliver direct to the site address?

Yes, you can add several site addresses in your account

I can't login

How do I change my account details?

Login using the icon at the top right of the screen, choose account details to alter your addresses etc.

How much is delivery?

Orders over £100 offer free delivery

What is your returns policy?

Provided all items are returned in the condition they were delivered within 30 days of purchase, we are able to offer a full refund. Full customised products are non-refundable as they're customer specific. If you are having any problems with your items, be sure to get in touch as soon as possible.

Will my items arrive at the same time?

Where possible, we will reduce the amount of packaging and deliveries. This isn't always achievable depending on lead times and products in stock

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking on as soon as we have fulfilled your order

My delivery hasn't arrived?

If there are any issues with your delivery, get in touch as soon as you are able

Do you ship internationally?
